COVID-19 Policy

I understand that the public health crisis continues to be a very stressful time for everyone. Please know that I’m committed to continue providing the highest quality support and service to all my customers during this unprecedented time. In the interest of safety for all, I have modified my business practices and implemented several new precautions, policies and procedures to mitigate risk and help stop the spread of COVID-19/coronavirus in our community. In order to protect myself and others, I will NOT be able to accept appointments if any of the following apply:

  • You have returned from international travel or from a state on the Travel Quarantine List where there are high amounts of COVID-19/coronavirus cases within the last 2 weeks. I will not be able to schedule an appointment with you until you have completed the recommended 14-day quarantine.


  • You or any household family members have had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with or is suspected of having COVID-19/coronavirus within the last 14 days.
  • You are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms indicating potential COVID-19/coronavirus infection (fever, cough, shortness of breath).

I will be limiting the number of assignments I accept in order to make sure I have sufficient time between appointments to thoroughly wash my hands and properly disinfect and sanitize all notarial equipment. If I feel an environment would put me at risk in any way, unfortunately I will decline the assignment.

I will continue providing mobile notary services under the following conditions:

  • Appointments MUST be held outdoors, preferably in a public location. At this time, I am NOT entering any private residence. No exceptions.
  • ALL parties MUST wear a mask or face covering. No exceptions. I will be wearing a mask and new gloves at each appointment.
  • Interactions will be held at a distance of six (6) feet. I will provide a sanitized tray table and have disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer available.
  • You will be asked to place your identification (driver’s license, passport, etc.) on table so that I can see it, however I will not physically touch it. The only thing I must touch (with gloves) is the document.
  • Please provide your own pen as I will not be sharing my pen with any signers. I will also have brand new pens that you can use and keep.
  • Only the necessary signers and/or witnesses should be present. Please do not bring additional family members, children, or friends who do not need to be there.
  • Contactless payment: I will send you an invoice to pay online via Zelle, the same day of service, PRIOR to appointment. CASH AND PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Itemized receipts will be provided.

If you cannot, or do not wish to conduct the signing, accordingly, please let me know before making an appointment. Thank you for your continued support and patronage during this difficult and uncertain time for us all.
